A synth track, an endless neon canyon and a light-cycle that only scores when your legs
are turning at the speed the music asks for. Arches fly at you on the beat with one lane lit; steer into
it, hold the cadence band on the HUD, and the chain builds — and every time it builds, the track
adds a layer. Every eight bars the band moves: spin it out, then grind a big gear, then a
sprint drop where the music falls away and you have to go over threshold to punch a wall of light
out of the way. Miss it and you lose a chunk of the grid, and the track drops to a bare kick until you
earn it back.

Difficulty
Easy widens the cadence band to ±9 rpm and shortens the sprints. Hard is ±4 rpm,
a gate on every beat, and a sprint you have to really commit to.

Speed / cadence sensorStrongly recommended — this game is about cadence
Most smart trainers send cadence already. If nothing on the bike reports it, the game reads a
virtual cadence off your watts instead and marks the HUD VIRTUAL. The session still works —
the blocks turn into a thirty-second alternation between about 45 % and about 100 % of your FTP —
but the second axis of the game has gone, and you are riding a power workout with a light show.
A ten-pound magnet-and-sensor set fixes it.
You
The session is one continuous track cut into eight-bar blocks. Roughly three quarters of it is
cadence work between 60 and 105 rpm at a steady 60–80 % of your FTP; the rest is a sprint drop every
hundred seconds or so that wants 15–20 seconds over threshold. Legs and pedalling technique, not a
power test.
How to play
Pedal. Watts light the bike up. Sit up and the light drains, the colours go flat and gates
only pay half — but nothing ends, so take your drink.
Cadence is the score. The cyan window on the bottom gauge is the band for this block.
A gate only counts if your legs are inside it as you go through.
← → or tilt, or tap the left and right thirds of the screen — steer into the lit lane.
Sprint drop. The gates stop, a wall of light closes, and the charge bar only fills above
your FTP. Hold it for the whole block and you punch through.
V changes the camera, P pauses. In demo mode ↑ ↓ set the watts and
W / S set the cadence.
